How long does a project take? +
Landing pages are typically done in 5–7 days. Business sites take 10–14 days. E-commerce stores run 18–21 days. Timelines depend on how quickly you return content and feedback.
Do you offer payment plans? +
Yes — we take 50% upfront and 50% on launch day. For larger projects we can split into three payments. We accept card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
Can I update the site myself after launch? +
It depends on the project. Most of our sites are custom-built — meaning content updates go through us, which is why we offer monthly care plans. If you need to post content regularly yourself (like a blog), we build on WordPress so you get a simple dashboard. E-commerce stores are built on Shopify, which has an easy product management interface you can handle yourself.
What if I don't have a logo or brand? +
We don't currently offer logo design — we recommend working with a dedicated graphic designer for that. We can work with your existing brand, or help you put together a simple style guide (colors, fonts) as part of the website project at no extra cost.
Do you do ongoing work after launch? +
Yes — we offer two care plan tiers. Basic at $99/mo covers security, backups, and uptime monitoring. Standard at $199/mo adds up to 2 hours of content changes per month. We also take one-off hourly work.
What do I need to provide to get started? +
